Staff learning and development
The Staff Learning and Development team (SLD) is part of the Organisational Development and Well Being team (ODW) and provides a comprehensive, tailored and systematic programme of activities, events, workshops and development programmes for Academics and Researchers which is evaluated to the University’s key strategic aims.
By providing a systematic training needs analysis we provide the provision to develop and support staff to fulfil their learning needs and develop a future focused staff workforce with capabilities and skills development to meet the 2020 vision. Find out more about personal and professional development suitable for academic and support staff by visiting the My Learning and Development staff intranet pages.
